SBW seires screen exposure system is an ideal equipment over the screen printing fields. High output UV spectrum light source features highest resolution, fastest exposure times and longest lamp life. Two extra built-in lamps provide operators more clear viewing and fast exposure setup. 2200 watt halogen point light source help speed up exposure time, leading to fine emulsion sensitization. Imported rubber blanket offers more of flexibility and durability. Unique steel cabinet design, internal tough vacumm pump and LED timer outer display are all combined into the SBW exposure system. Plus, two gas shock cyliners simply the blanket frame poping up and down for operation and the visible pressure gauge indicating system assures for more safety application. High vacuum degree delivers a pure intimate contact between blanket and screen. In short, the SBW seires is excellent in producing the quivalent of a photographic film
