Uses:
It is suitable for blowing the plastic film like high density polyethylene(HDPE),low density polyethylene(LDPE)and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE),which is widely used for packing foodstuff,garment,textile,daily-use articles and industrial products etc.It can produce pearl film and degradation film through making up a prescription.

Characteristies:
1.The die head can be rotated to left and right within 360 angles,it can strengthen the intensity and evenness of plastic film.

2.The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CRMOALA high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrided treatment,which has high hardness,strong resistance to corrosion, and durable service.

3.The die head is plated with hard chromium and screw mandrel type structure for discharging both smoothly and evenly, ending up wiht the fine finished blown plastic film;The blower is shaped like labyrinth with even air output.The take-up unit adopts lifting type of squre-frame platform structure,the height of lifting frame can be adjusted automatically according to different technological requirements.

4.The coiling unit adopts pressure-caused friction rewinding or center rewinding system,which is driven by torque motor,with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.
